Why you are probably owed money
Victoria line delays add up faster than you think.
The Victoria line runs from Walthamstow Central in north-east London to Brixton in south London, via King's Cross St Pancras, Euston, Oxford Circus, Victoria and Vauxhall. At peak times it runs up to 36 trains per hour, the highest frequency on the Underground.
The line is usually extremely reliable - but when faults do hit, the 15 minute threshold applies and TfL refunds the full fare. You have 28 days from the journey date to claim.
