Why you are probably owed money

London Overground delays add up faster than you think.

The London Overground is a suburban rail network operated on behalf of TfL, spanning 113 stations across six recently-renamed lines: Lioness, Mildmay, Windrush, Weaver, Suffragette and Liberty. It connects far-flung parts of London - Richmond to Stratford, Highbury & Islington to West Croydon, Barking to Gospel Oak - and absorbs some of the network's most diverse passenger patterns.

Unlike the Underground, the Overground uses a 30 minute delay threshold. Any journey delayed 30 minutes or more qualifies for a full refund from TfL, but you must claim within 28 days of the journey.
