The process

Under two minutes to connect. Reeclaim then scans your last 28 days of TfL journeys, so many users see claims ready to approve straight away.

Create your Reeclaim account

Enter your name and email. We send you a magic link, no new Reeclaim password to remember. Click the link and you are in.

Link your TfL account

Sign in with your TfL email and your TfL password. TfL then sends a one-time SMS code to the phone number on your TfL account. Enter it to finish linking.

Choose your plan

Pick Basic or Pro. Pay monthly or save with annual billing. Your 14-day free trial starts straight away, your card is not charged until day 14.

You approve in one tap

We find your eligible delays and overcharges and pre-fill every claim. You review and approve each one in a tap, we submit to TfL, refunds come straight back to your contactless card.
